Robin Anderson serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spirit of Refuge, Inc. She shares the organization’s conviction that meaningful change begins by listening to the people it serves, understanding the barriers before them, and developing partnerships and solutions capable of removing those barriers. Her leadership helps keep the work responsive, grounded, and centered on people rather than systems alone.

Robin brings more than 30 years of experience in the mental health care field, serving people from diverse backgrounds and through complex circumstances. That experience reinforced a principle central to Spirit of Refuge: no one is a file to be processed. She brings this person-centered posture to the organization’s humanitarian response and restoration work across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama—moving toward need rather than waiting for permission.

Through Spirit of Refuge, Robin is committed to building stronger pathways toward stability, opportunity, and improved quality of life for individuals, families, and communities. As Vice Chairman, she supports the organization’s commitment to community outreach, collaboration, and connecting people with resources that lead toward long-term stability. She gives this service, as she does in every role she holds with Spirit of Refuge, as a volunteer.
